Usually it is just me and my husband, but during the holidays, we have family and friends visiting. For this reason, we found out that we were only able to watch TV on three televisions.

I have SIX televisions. When the representative came out to install the Genie 1 system, he did not disclose information (nor did the person in the office) that using this system would limit us to 3 televisions on at one time.

There is no way I would have committed to this if I had known. I spoke to the supervisor, Matthew, on Monday, November 27, 2017, and he told me that Directv is not obligated to disclose any information to their customers.

He was not willing to compromise or do anything to offer a better solution. I have been with Directv for over 10 years and felt that I should have been treated better. The problem is that they were so "matter of fact" about it as if they didn't need my business. Being a business owner, my husband and I are eager to please and satisfy our customers since they are who contribute to the success of our business. Needless to say, we no longer have Directv and will go with another provider who appreciate us.
